The length of the course will be approximately four hours in length.

We provide:

All course material for you to obtain your permit.

Fingerprints

Submittal of all documents to the Utah Bureau Of Criminal Identification.

The attendee will provide and bring with them:

One color photocopy of their drivers license.

One 2×2 passport photo.

Check, Money Order, or Credit Card in the amount of $63.25 payable to BCI

APPLICANTS BORN OUTSIDE OF U.S.: If you were born outside of the U.S. you must include

your Alien Registration Number or INS Registration Number on your application and

fingerprint card, or include a copy of your U.S. issued born abroad birth certificate. A copy of

a valid U.S passport will also be accepted for proof of citizenship if born outside the US.

COST: $150.00/pp (FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE)
